Ziggy periodically gets tired of his anger management programs, and tries to escape Brightside Mental Institution. It never works, but he keeps trying. His latest attempt: using the abandon handicaped stall as a cover so he can dig an escape tunnle! Whenever he needs to dig, he just asks to go to the bathroom. To cover up his work, he just puts the toilet over it. This will probably work...until he hits the septic tank...
