Okay, I wanna call him Philbert for some reason, but it doesn't exactly suit him, so as of right now he's nameless. What appliance is he? Good question. He's actually a mix between a desk lamp, and one of those mini-TV's that sorta work like an FM/AM radio...I don't think they even make 'em anymore...Idaknow.

Anyway, he's a real paranoid character. I imagine that's because they sorta live in a world like that portrayed in the movie "Robots". In other words, you're obsolete, you DIE!

He's isn't exactly obsolete, though I suppose that he could be considered spare parts. Luckily, I don't think he's in any real danger, because the scrap heap has bigger appliances to smash. He isn't very important in their society...

He's Willard's best bud though, and I think he sorta looks out for him...as wacked-out as he may be. He does have his share of mental disorders, paranoia and ADD being his main two.

He's very jittery. I imagine he's like a chihuahua, and shakes for no reason when he attrempts to sit still. He easily scares too, so approach him with caution!
