Cutman

You know those moments where I draw fanart and it's usually from something or is of someone no one cares about? That's what's happening now, and this time with...Cutman? Yeah. I've got some weird new-found adoration for him since I found our original Megaman for the gameboy and have been playing it. IDK, I'm weirder than I thought I guess.
