Boy, does this scene look familiar! Does the word "Styx" come to mind, anyone? Besides that, I have two art trades that I REALLY should be doing. Anyway...Looooong story here. So here it goes:
Conlan hiers a witch to cast a horrible spell on Shep. She says that the perfect thing for Conlan to use is a potion. However, before she can make that potion, she needs the tear of a virgin. The only person that Conlan is sure of that could be a virgin is, of course, our beloved Shep.
Thus Conlan makes a plan. First, he steals a mandatory physical exam form from the villages crazy old doctor. Then he addresses it to Shep acting as though she has sent it. When Shep shows up that day, she thinks nothing about it. Meanwhile, Conlan desguises himself as a nurse-in-training, hiding a container in his suit to catch the tear in.
Looking over her papers, she finds (unknowing to her that Conlan has forged it) a paper saying that Shep needs a vaccine. One tear, coming up!
As for what's going on in this drawing, this is before the vaccine. The little crazy doctor there is overwhelming Shep with her physical! That, or scaring him with her behavior.
